Delivery areas

We deliver to UK addresses where our courier and supplier network can provide a suitable service. Delivery availability, cost and estimated timescales may vary depending on the product, delivery address, parcel size and whether the item is supplied directly from us, a supplier or a distribution partner.

Some larger or fragile bathroom products may need a specialist courier, pallet delivery or kerbside delivery service.

 

Delivery times

Estimated delivery times are shown where available on the product page, checkout page or order confirmation.

Delivery times are estimates only. We will do our best to keep you updated if there is a delay, but we are not responsible for delays caused by couriers, suppliers, stock shortages, severe weather, incorrect delivery details or events outside our reasonable control.

 

Delivery charges

Delivery charges are calculated at checkout where applicable. Some products may have different delivery costs because of their size, weight, fragility or delivery method.

Large bathroom products such as panels, flooring, baths, furniture, mirrors, toilets and shower screens may cost more to deliver than small accessories.

 

Receiving your delivery

Please make sure someone is available to receive the delivery at the address provided. Couriers may require a signature.

For large or heavy items, delivery may be to the kerbside or the nearest safe access point. Please make sure you have enough help available to move items indoors safely.

 

Checking your order

Please check your order as soon as it arrives.

Please keep all packaging until the issue has been resolved. Photos of the item, packaging and delivery label may be needed so we can raise the issue with the courier or supplier.

 

Failed delivery

If a delivery fails because no one is available, access is restricted or the address details are incorrect, a redelivery charge may apply.

If an order is returned to us or to our supplier after a failed delivery, we may deduct the reasonable cost of the failed delivery and return from any refund due, unless the issue was caused by us.

 

Collection

If collection is available for an order, this will be confirmed separately. Please do not travel to collect an item until we have confirmed that it is ready.
