Return Policy
We want you to be happy with your order. This Returns Policy explains how returns, cancellations, faulty goods and refunds are handled for products bought from TikiTaki Bathrooms.
Your right to cancel
If you buy products online from us as a consumer, you normally have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the goods.
After telling us that you want to cancel, you then have another 14 days to return the goods.

Condition of returned goods
Returned products must be unused, complete and in a resaleable condition, with original packaging where possible.
Please take care when opening and checking bathroom products. Items such as mirrors, panels, baths, toilets, furniture, flooring and screens must be repacked securely before return.
We may reduce a refund if goods have been handled more than necessary, damaged while in your care or returned incomplete.
Return delivery costs
Unless the item is faulty, incorrect or damaged on arrival, you are responsible for the cost of returning the item to us or to the return address we provide.
Large, fragile or bulky bathroom products may need a specialist courier. We recommend using a tracked and insured service because you are responsible for the goods until they are received.
Items that may not be returnable
Some items may not be returnable unless faulty. This can include:
- Made-to-order products
- Custom-sized products
- Special order products
- Products cut, altered or adapted for you
- Sealed hygiene-sensitive items once opened
- Products that have been installed, fitted or used
- Products damaged after delivery through handling, storage or installation

Faulty, damaged or incorrect items

Please include your order number and clear photos of the item, packaging and delivery label.
If the item is confirmed as faulty, damaged on arrival or supplied incorrectly, we will arrange a suitable remedy. This may be a replacement, repair, refund or another solution depending on the situation.
Refunds
Once we receive and check the returned goods, we will process any refund due to the original payment method.
Refunds are normally processed within 14 days of us receiving the returned goods or receiving proof that you have sent them back, whichever is earlier.
Delivery charges may not be fully refunded where you selected an enhanced or premium delivery service instead of the standard delivery option.
Renovation and installation services
This Returns Policy applies to product purchases. Bathroom renovation, design, supply and installation services may be subject to separate written terms, quote terms or service agreements.
